Byron Central Hospital is a new purpose built, public hospital within Northern NSW Local District. The hospital provides a range of acute and sub-acute inpatient services with a role delineation level 2 with some core services increased to role delineation level 3.
The hospital sees more than 20,000 Emergency Department attendances each year.
