2019 Community Needs Assessment Report
During Fiscal Year 2019, EIPH partnered with Eastern Idaho
Community ActionPartnership, the United Way of Idaho Falls and Bonneville County, and
VOICE Advocacy to conduct a community needs assessment in Eastern Idaho which covered Bonneville, Butte, Clark, Custer, Fremont, Jefferson, Lemhi, Madison, and Teton Counties. Information gathered through this process will be used by EIPH’s Board of Health and Administration to help us better target education, resources, and service delivery as much as possible in an effort to improve health and quality of life of residents in our region.

This will be an ongoing effort for the next three years. Each year, we will hold Community Conversations in each county as well as gather infromation through surveys. Watch more for information about this coming soon.
