Located in the Center for Innovations in Medical Professions, 2112 Euclid Avenue, Room 205, CSU Health & Wellness Services is a high quality medical facility committed to serving the medical needs of the CSU community. Staffed by certified nurse practitioners and doctors, it offers a wide variety of services including primary and same day care, health counseling, limited in-house pharmacy and lab services, shots and immunizations, and more. Refer to the links on the right hand side of this page for more information.

Medical care is available to CSU students, staff and faculty by appointment. There is no charge for most visits. We can bill most insurances. There are no co-pay or co-insurance charges. However, a minimal charge may be assessed for medications. If your insurance doesn’t cover a test we did “in house”, a vaccine given for a trip, or any part of the visit cost, then we will contact you & bill your student account at the very low self-pay rate. If you have no insurance or one we can’t bill, a $5 office visit charge and other minimal charges may be assessed for medications, shots, lab tests and physical exams. For those students who have the Student Health Insurance, there is 100% coverage in the Health Center and only a $5 co-pay for any generic medication dispensed. To schedule an appointment call 216.687.3649.

Students can register for the student health insurance policy by logging on to CampusNet and clicking on the insurance tab. For more information, contact CSU Health & Wellness Services at 216.687.3649 or visit www.uhcsr.com & go to “find your school’s plan.”
