Parkview Community Hospital Foundation was established in 1973 by the Hospital Board of Directors and other concerned citizens who shared a commitment to meeting the growing healthcare needs of the greater Riverside region.
In 2019, Parkview Community Hospital was acquired by Doctors Hospital of Riverside LLC (DHOR), an affiliate of AHMC Healthcare Inc., a for-profit organization. The Parkview Legacy Foundation was established, and DHOR and AHMC have committed to donate $10 million to the Parkview Legacy Foundation over time.
Knowing that health and wellness begin in the places we live work and play and that we all do better when everyone thrives, the Parkview Legacy Foundation is embarking on an exciting expansion of our scope of work to benefit our service area including the communities surrounding Riverside, Jurupa Valley, Eastvale, Corona, Lake Elsinore, Perris, and Moreno Valley.
Expanded partnerships throughout the fields of healthcare, education, business, non-profit, municipality, and philanthropy will drive our collective success. We’re excited to have you on this journey with us enabling everyone in our community to pursue and maintain whole and healthy lives by addressing our region’s most pressing needs and empowering our most promising opportunities.
